Following the recent report of a young girl, Rofiat who was beheaded by four teenage boys aged 17-20 years old, of ehich one of the suspects was reported to be her boyfriend, the elder sister to the dead victim identified as miss Okeowo finally speaks.
According to the fresh video that was shared, it can be recollected that the oldest of the suspected murderers revealed how they killed Rofiat whose head was cut off for a money ritual.
Okeowo stated that on the very fateful day her sister was killed, she called her phone number around 8:30 pm to ask her if she would be coming back home and after their conversation, she went to bed, some hours she tried getting in touch with her through her phone but it was no longer reachable.
The deceased sister added that she called their mother the following morning to verify if she had heard from Rofiat but the mother responded with a no before she got to learn that a lady was murdered in an area of their community which turned out to be her sister and up till the moment she was making the speech their mother is yet to discover about what happened.
In Okeowo’s full word, she said;
“When it was around 8:30pm, I called her number and asked if she was coming home tonight. She said she was already on her way and almost home. So, I went to bed. Around 10:00pm, I called her, only to discover that her number was no longer reachable.
I asked her mother if she had seen her daughter, she said no. The following morning, I asked her mother again and she gave the same response.
It was later in the day that I heard that a lady was killed and beheaded in the community. I was suspicious at that moment since I had not seen Rofiat… If we tell our mother now and she dies, that will leave us with two dead bodies,”
