An arsonist learnt the hard way when he caught fire while trying to burn a car. The incident was captured by the home surveillance camera, which saw the man lighting an explosive, which he dropped on the car.
It exploded into a huge ball of fire, covering both the vehicle and the man in flames. The arsonists, while still on fire, jumped over the home’s fence and ran off into the streets and away from the camera’s view. He reportedly fled in a recent model of a Chevrolet or GMC truck with tinted windows and lightly coloured wheels.

The crime happened in Riverside County, 900 block of Wakefield Avenue in Corona, California, early Tuesday morning, March 4. The man is yet to be identified and gotten and is still at large, and the fire destroyed the car and also damaged some portion of the home.
While investigation on the matter is still ongoing, the police have released information on who the suspect will look like – a man 5-foot-9 to 6-foot-1 tall, with a medium build and shoulder length, and light-colored hair.
The owner of the car says she has been living in the home for about 25 years, but she and her family now live in fear because they do not know the person or why they were attacked.
