In an undercover video, an Advisor to the National Security Council named Henry E Appel said that outgoing President Joe Biden would be dead in a year’s time, and also revealed that the leader’s cognitive decline was mind-blowing.
The exposure was made possible by James O’Keefe who got Henry Appel talking more than he should as usual, after he was set up from hooked up with a woman from a dating site.
Henry made startling revelations about Biden with his date over a glass of wine. In the footage shared, the Advisor who works under the Intelligence Programme Directorate started off by saying that the President is “like dead”. Referring to his cognitive decline, Henry said Biden cannot literally make a sentence and his mental state has deteriorated to the state of a very old man.
Trying to add a bit of disclaimer, he noted that everybody bears witness to that – referring to the many videos of instances of Biden looking lost and confused in public appearances.
He expressed his shock that Biden’s poor mental state did not make a much bigger scandal before predicting that he would be dead in a year.
Elaborating on Biden’s state of mind, Henry recalled an incident when the President was out on a foreign trip and called the NSC office to speak with his boss – Jake Sullivan. However, Sullivan was on the same trip with Biden.
Henry recalled another instance where Biden called his office to speak with Sullivan. Henry who again answered the phone told the president that his boss had left the office for home. Biden said he would call his personal line only to call the office almost immediately after hanging up, to ask for Sullivan again.

Henry Appel’s video is making waves as it came in a time when Biden has been making many last-minute presidential pardons – the top among them being that of his son, Hunter.
It also opens a worrisome thought on the rumors having it that Biden is probably not aware of the last-minute decisions taken as regards the Ukrainian-Russia war which might escalate the ongoing conflict into a full-fledged WW3 weeks before he hands over power to Trump.
Despite promising a smooth transition of power to Trump, Biden approved Ukraine to use US-supplied long-range missiles to hit deep inside Russian territory, despite Putin’s threats to not only go nuclear but also attack supporting/allied nations that will assist Zelenskyy on such.
Biden’s actions opens Trump to inheriting a potentially escalated third-world war – a far cry from his aim of de-escalation tensions shortly after he won the election when he called Putin and told him not to escalate and informed Zelenskyy that his administration would not see any funding leave the United States to Ukraine – probably the reason why the Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, vowed to send every available US dollars to them before the handover date, and they are doing just that.
