At the 41st EuroBasket championship, Nigerian-born Giannis Antetokounmpo and his three siblings will represent Greece. The Greek national team revealed this in their EuroBasket roster.

Giannis was an obvious choice, but the other Antetokounmpo siblings, Kostas, Alex, and Thanasis Antetokounmpo, have also made it to the Greek national team. The two-time MVP was overjoyed to have his brothers join him for the forthcoming competition.

‘Blessed to be able to do this together,’ Giannis recently tweeted alongside a photo of the four Antetokounmpo brothers.

With numerous teams making deals or signing free agents, the NBA is undergoing a number of changes over the offseason. Players are either working hard at the gym or can be seen on holidays as teams are busy revamping their lineups.

European superstars are among the athletes who don’t have a lot of free time to enjoy themselves during the offseason. Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, and Luka Doncic are among the stars scheduled to compete in the famous international competition, which kicks off on September 1.

National teams are also assembling their respective squads in front of the competition with less than a month left to go. While Giannis, Jokic, and Doncic will all be household names in their own countries, other people’s names may not be as well known.
