The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) has demoted its officer identified as Isaac Matthew who was seen flaunting the sign of a secret confraternity in a video that went viral on the internet.
This was made known through a statement approved by the police force’s Public Relations Officer (PRO) identified as Muyiwa Adejobi who stated that the decision to demote the officer was reached following a trial that endorsed penalties for discreditable conduct, encouraging secret cults, and violation of the police Social Media Policy (SMP).
