A tout was captured on camera as he slapped a lady’s bum while she walked past. The ugly incident occurred in Computer Village- Ikeja, Lagos state. The infuriated lady immediately turned around and cursed the agbero “God go punish you”. The boy immediately ran off while onlookers jeered at her.
