Puff toto is a slang popular among Nigerian internet users that refers to a female external private region that looks fatty or chubby.

Similar to the word puff-puff, which is fried Nigerian dough, which is also used to refer to a chubby person, puff toto is also used to refer to a chubby woman’s vagina, especially one whose thick outline is visible on tight clothes.

“Toto” itself is a vulgar slang term that is used to refer to the female genitalia.

Puff (pronounced kpoof) toto has been in existence on social media space; however, it became more popular after Judas, a female content creator, said she went under the knife to do the body enhancement surgery, as well as bbl and tommy tuck.

The idea of priding with a visibly swollen female private part is also not new. Silicon strap-ons that give the appearance of a fatty vulva are sold online.

After the female content creator made posts describing the “puff toto” enhancement she went through, and her experience, the slang went viral because of her persona and the way she calls it.
