A Pittsburgh Pirates stadium usher lost his cool during an altercation with a man, and started beating him up, and when the fan spat a bloody spit on him, the guide took off his belt and started flogging him. Here is the full video and what actually happened.
Two men who had come to watch Sunday’s game at the PNC Park had a misunderstanding with a female food vendor. Sources claimed both fans were harassing the woman who worked at a concession stand, prompting the Pittsburgh Pirates guard to intervene.
Soon, the altercation left the fans and the woman, and was now between them and the worker. The video started by showing one of the men squaring up with the usher.
Soon, the usher, who stood taller than the fan, started clenching his fist as his temper rose. Seconds later, he let his anger take over him and started throwing straight punches to the face of the fan.
He continued punching him even while the man backed out. The fan seemed to be bleeding in his mouth and spat twice at the worker.
The second spitting made the guard take off his belt and start whipping him with it. The video ended with security personnel coming in to manage the situation.
The Pirates, in a statement, said they were aware of what happened between the PNC Park game day employee and the fan. They condemned the usher’s behaviour and said he was already suspended, and an investigation, which involved the police, was ongoing.
