In Barcelona’s final game in their Asia tour, the team took a dominant position after thrashing Daegu FC 5-0. The Catalan manager Hansi Flick played the teenager Pedro Fernández.

Barcelona, which grabbed the last La Liga Cup, was subjected to a brief test by the K-League’s bottom-placed side as they prepare for next season’s games.

Daegu FC grabbed the first opportunity, but Geovani missed the opportunity until Gavi broke the tie, putting Barcelona in the early lead as they grabbed full control of the game.

Barcelona could have achieved a double, but Raphinha missed the opportunity to give his side a second goal, thanks to Lewandowski, who fired the team’s second goal into the net, while Gavi scored his second goal of the match but third for the team before the end of the first half.

The game was played under heavy rain, and Barcelona made 11 changes but was still in control till the final whistle was blown.

Toni Fernández, a teenager in the Barcelona squad, recorded his first senior goal ever through an assist played by Dani Olmo, while the match did not end without Marcus Rashford scoring a goal.

Daegu FC could not perform much after missing their early opportunity. Barcelona could have had a clean and perfect game, but Pau Cubarsí sustained an injury and found it difficult to net another goal after Rashford’s goal.
