French President Emmanuel Macron and the Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz were busted with what the media claimed was a cocaine bag and a cocaine spoon or stir when Prime Minister of Britain, Keir Starmer, and others suddenly joined their table..
The alleged exposure was made when journalists entered their cabin for a quick meetup and photoshoot while they were traveling on a Train from Poland to meet President Zelenskyy in Ukraine.
What compounded the belief that the European leaders were taking the hard drug was when Macron and Merz quickly took away the “suspected pouch containing white powder and a spoon” from the table and away from the camera.

When the footage broke out on X, AI analyzers like Grok were asked if it was true or fake, but it said it was likely artificially generated just because it was not yet reported by major mainstream news media like Politico and BBC.
However, the same AI analyzers are now reporting that the video is indeed authentic, but are faulting that Macron and Merz were trying to conceal cocaine exhibits. It claimed that the alleged white pouch was a handkerchief or tissue, which appeared solid because of low-quality videos.
However, it still erroneously concluded that the little spoon or stirrer was a toothpick.
A quick review of a high-quality video of the meetup indeed shows that what was thought to be a cocaine bag or pouch was also likely a piece of tissue or handkerchief.
It was argued that Macron was embarrassed to appear to the media with his used tissue or handkerchief on the table, and that he suddenly took it away when he realized what was happening. The stirrer, which Merz concealed, was said to be used for stirring tea or coffee.
However, it was argued that they only had a glass of water on the table, and that nothing was wrong with leaving a stirrer or teaspoon on the table. On the other hand, he only held the stirrer in his palms leisurely, unlike Macron, who conspicuously tried to take the white material away from sight.
The debate on whether they were trying to hide cocaine materials has drawn a line between two sects – many on social media believe it is true, while major news media like AFP and AP, including France’s LibĂ©ration, said it is another simply fake news.
Elysee blamed those against the unity of Europe for spreading the fake news and warned against manipulation. It also shared a closeup photo of the so-called cocaine bag and claimed it was a tissue which Marcon had used to blow his nose.
The European unity was France, the UK, Germany and Poland coming together to fight alongside Ukraine against Russia, after US-led Trump backed out.
