Trump Releases new JFK and MLK Assassination Files

Donald Trump’s administration has fulfilled one of the top promises he made during his presidential campaign last year.

On Tuesday, the Trump administration released thousands of records relating to the timeline of John F. Kennedy to the public. Although thousands of documents were released during Biden’s administration, Trump wanted the people to have the full picture and know what happened to one of the prestigious presidents of the United States.

Immediately after his inauguration, Trump signed an executive order for the release of the files related to the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King.

For the most part, President Trump has done certain things he promised during his Presidential campaign and is still open to doing more.

The files were uploaded to the National Archives website with a lot of documents redacted. However, anyone going through the files could pick out a great structure of what was going on.

Although it was concluded that JFK’s assassination was carried out by one gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald, lots of conspiracy theories have come with many people trying to connect the dots, even Trump.

Many researchers and investigators have gone through the files since the incident, and it still comes down to one answer: Oswald pulled the trigger.

However, there are still documents that have not been released. According to the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, some documents are “withheld under court seal or for grand jury secrecy, and records subject to section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code, must be unsealed before release.”

Maybe with the release of the additional files, someone would see something else that researchers did not see. For now, every citizen of the United States can go through the files and see what they can pick out.
