Trump was excited as he finally became an American hero again after multiple legal battles and image alterations. He competed for a second presidential term against Joe Biden, after failing to fight the deadly coronavirus pandemic that rocked America.
When he lost the elections, Trump refused to accept defeat and his supporters caused havoc for which they’re still paying the price. Trump also had to face legal battles for the destruction in the wake of the 2020 elections. However, the villain quickly became the hero again when Biden failed to impress the majority of Americans.
The American economy plunged into a deep info deficit, clicking negative record-breaking numbers that did nothing to strengthen the faith of the citizens in Joe Biden.
When the 2024 elections came, although Trump was already an accused felon facing trial, he was allowed to contest for the presidential seat and he came out victorious.
Today, President Trump became the 47th leader of the United States at his presidential inauguration, promising to protect and preserve the interest of the American people. During his inaugural speech, the Republican presidential candidate, who was excited to get to work, made lots of promises to the American people.
He was sworn in by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts before lawmakers, guests from all over the world, and his family members, despite claims that he would have to register as a convicted felon.
The ceremony, which should have been an outdoor activity, was moved inside because of the weather conditions.
While speaking to his supporters before the ceremony, Donald had promised to sign multiple orders in one day in a bid to move the country forward.
“Starting tomorrow, I will act with historic speed of strength and fix every single crisis facing our country,” he said.
“Every radical, foolish executive order of the Biden administration will be repealed within hours of when I take the oath of office. You’re gonna have a lot of fun watching television. Somebody said yesterday, don’t sign so many in one day, let’s do it over weeks. I said, like hell … no, we’re doing them tomorrow.”
