Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has continued to make headlines since President Donald Trump considered and appointed him as the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. His cousin Caroline Kennedy has joined the list of those not supporting him for the position.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s cousin, Caroline Kennedy, went further to pen a note to the Senate members ahead of the confirmation hearing that will soon be done regarding the appointment. She accused his cousin of being a “predator” and also issued a warning of the dangers that he represents if confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
In the letter to the Senate, Caroline mentioned that her cousin profited from being an activist against vaccines while he secretly went ahead to vaccinate his children and was an influence on members of his family toward drug addiction.
She went on to reveal that her uncle, Robert F. Kennedy, and father, President John F. Kennedy, would not be proud of his actions. As much as she tried to stay away from criticism from the public, she felt obligated this time to speak. The letter was circulated on Instagram by Jack Schlossberg, her son.
Her choice of writing to the senators will not be the first time that she is warning the public about her cousin. She was outspoken against his conspiratorial views.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s appointment as Trump’s cabinet member has generated a lot of concerns, including the one from some Senators of the Republican Party. As it stands, only three Republican votes are required to confirm his appointment.
