Colorado key players Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders were at their best, making the team special despite their loss at the final college game.
The BYU defeated the Buffaloes 36-14 in the Valero Alamo Bowl, ending their season in a disappointing 9-4.
The Heisman Trophy winner, Hunter, displayed his talents and skills as he caught four passes for 106 yards and recorded a touchdown. Heisman also did four solo tackles playing his role as a top cornerback.
Sanders, a quarterback for Colorado, on the other hand, made two touchdowns and threw for 208 yards but had two interceptions.
Since the arrival of Coach Deion Sanders, also called “Coach Prime,” in 2022, Colorado’s performance has been better. Fans now love the team, with all their home games sold out the last two years. They have also had celebrities like The Rock and NBA stars come to watch them play while millions tuned in on TV.
There are already expectations that Sanders and Hunter will make it to the top picks in the 2025 NFL Draft. While the team may have lost this game, they have a bright future, thanks to their coach and the two stars.
