A security camera captured an unknown animal that seemed to look like a dog running and transforming into a human-like figure. The man continued running out of view in the video.
The eerie event happened in Veracruz, Mexico. Mexico, though ravaged by drug trafficking and political assassinations, is itself a well-known location for numerous outworldly and ghostly occurrences, including alien discoveries and UFO sightings.
The footage from the surveillance camera had some decent lighting, unlike many strange occurrences captured on camera. A sound in the video seems similar to a dog‘s howl as the dog-like creature across a fence into camera view.
The dog then changes into a man who seems to morph and blink a bit before it takes a full human form, running all the while.
