A dog that was pooping water beads Orbeez is the talk of the town on social media. According to its owner, the dog had eaten a bag of dry Orbies and when it started swelling in its stomach and affecting its health, the owner rushed it to the vet.
A quick x-ray discovered the dog’s tummy and digestive tract filled with the now inflated Orbeez beads. Most of the beads, about 75%, were surgically removed, and the dog was made to excrete the remaining, which was videoed and shared online with the permission of the owner. Watch the video below:
The video was first posted by Larenmciaren Lauren on TikTok, who said it happened at Animal Urgent Care Arvada in Colorado. The vet revealed that the dog was recently rescued and was underweight, and it must have mistaken the colorful inflatable Orbeez beads for food.
Orbeez beads are tiny multicolored beads that swell many times their size when they make contact with and absorb water.
