OnlyFans Model and Former Assistant Accuses Kanye West of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Expanded Lawsuit 1

Kanye West’s former executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has amended her lawsuit against the rapper with explosive new allegations. The expanded legal complaint, filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court of California, now includes claims of drugging and sexual assault, adding to the previous charges of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.

Page Six reported that in the amended lawsuit, Pisciotta alleges that she consumed a drink that she believes was laced with a drug that she couldn’t identify during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs in Santa Monica, California. The lawsuit suggests that Kanye West himself was involved in preparing and serving the drink in question. After consuming the drink, Pisciotta claims she began to feel disoriented and “less in control of her body and speech.”

The former assistant reports waking up the following day with little recollection of the night’s event and an overwhelming sense of unease. Pisciotta asserts that it wasn’t until much later that she learned the full extent of the alleged incident, when West reportedly confessed to her that they had had intimate contact on the night she felt disoriented.

The updated lawsuit also includes more allegations of sexual harassment. Pisciotta claims that she received lewd text messages from West multiple times, some of which contained explicit sexual content. She also alleges that she was in a locked room with the rapper and witnessed him masturbating next to her before he fell asleep.

Before the amendment, Lauren Pisciotta’s lawsuit accused Kanye West of wrongful termination and failure to pay $3 million in severance. The former assistant states that she felt compelled to quit working for West after learning of the alleged assault.

On the other hand, Page Six reported months ago that West’s legal team had dismissed Pisciotta’s original allegations, claiming that she had offered sex to the rapper in order to gain material benefits. They added that when her advances were not welcomed, she later attempted to blackmail him. Their statement to Page Six reads,

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye (Kanye West) will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta. Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved. She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

It’s important to note that while Sean “Diddy” Combs is mentioned in the lawsuit as co-hosting the studio session where the alleged drugging took place, he is not accused of any wrongdoing in relation to this incident.
