Video captured the brutal stabbing of Islamic critic Michael Stürzenberger and other people in the latest knife attack in Mannheim, Germany. The footage ends with the man shot by the police.
The footage which is all over social media shows a man attacking and stabbing several people with a knife in Mannheim’s central market square at about 11:45 a.m. local time on Friday, even as they sought to overpower him.

Fortunately, no casualty was recorded among the victims which included three people, including one officer.
Among those injured in the knife attack was Michael Stürzenberger, a prominent German far-right political activist and critic of Islam. Stürzenberger had been actively involved in a rally organized by the Citizens’ Movement Pax Europa, which sees itself as “anti-Islamization.”
Stürzenberger sustained stab wounds on the face and leg and was undergoing surgery, though his injuries were classified as not life-threatening
