A classic favorite is set to make a comeback at McDonald’s: the Breakfast Wrap.
Originally removed in 2020, much to the disappointment of fans, the company has now confirmed its return to The Sun.
Despite its previous discontinuation, the Breakfast Wrap is making a comeback with a slight modification. While it originally featured a folded egg, this time it will include two regular free-range round eggs.
The remainder of the recipe remains unchanged, featuring bacon, sausage patty, cheese slice, and potato rosti.
Fans had actively petitioned for the return of this beloved item, and it seems their efforts have paid off.
“I will remember where I was and what I was doing when I received this news,” one person joked after hearing it was making a comeback.
A second said: “Just found out McDonald’s is bringing back their breakfast wrap…what a great Monday.”
While a third put: “I’m actually in tears.”
The anticipated return of the Breakfast Wrap is scheduled for next month, specifically on Wednesday, February 7, according to the fast-food outlet.
McDonald’s, by bringing back this cherished item, has added a touch of cheer to this Blue Monday, much to the delight of everyone.
