Senate Votes Kash Patel As Trump’s FBI Director

The Senate has confirmed Kash Patel, who is a big Trump fan, has been added to the long list of conservatives in top places in the United States government.

The Senate voted 51 to 49 to confirm Patel with Republican Sens. Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski voting against the decision.

Many Democratic representatives have expressed concern about Patel’s retributive promises in the past to fight against anybody who undermines President Donald Trump.

They noted certain words like ‘the enemies list’ in his book ‘Government Gangsters and have tried to connect the dots.

“I have no interest, no desire, and will not, if confirmed, go backwards,” Patel said. “There will be no politicization at the FBI. There will be no retributive actions taken … should I be confirmed as the FBI director.”

He had accused the Democrats of trying to twist the sentences he used in the past to get things done in their favor.

The former FBI Director Chris Wray had to resign from his position because Trump only wanted allies in high places.

The Republican senate has tried to treat all of Patel’s past comments as vague, arguing that the new Director would be transparent and not hurt anybody.
