NBC is set to elevate your holiday spirits with back-to-back live specials on Wednesday night. The festivities kick off in Rockefeller Plaza, New York City, featuring the annual tree lighting ceremony with an 80-foot Norway spruce that has journeyed almost 200 miles from Vestal, New York.
Kelly Clarkson, alongside performers like Cher, Chloe Bailey, Carly Pearce, and Barry Manilow, will grace the event, culminating in the illumination of the tree’s 50,000 multicolored lights.
Following this festive spectacle, Memphis gears up for another live holiday special, “Christmas at Graceland,” marking the first televised concert hosted by Elvis Presley’s estate. Post Malone, expressing his admiration for Presley’s infectious smile, will be part of the celebration.
Kane Brown, in a heartwarming “Blue Christmas” duet with Presley, adds to the magic of the evening. The special also features performances by Lana Del Rey, Kacey Musgraves, Alanis Morissette, Lainey Wilson, and The War and Treaty.
“Christmas at Graceland” will air at 10 p.m. on NBC4, immediately following “Christmas in Rockefeller Center.” An encore presentation is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 21, at 8 p.m. on NBC4.
