According to authorities, prosecutors have opened a preliminary investigation on Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi, after he was accused of rape by a woman.
According to Le Parisien, an unnamed lady went to the police station over the weekend and she said she had been raped by the PSG player Achraf Hakimi. She reportedly refused to officially file a complaint, however, but the prosecution took over the case.
The alleged victim aged 24 years old, lived in Fontenay-sous-Bois (Val-de-Marne).
According to reports, the matter was immediately taken up due to the severity of the facts and the notoriety of the accused.
How Achraf Hakimi Allegedly Raped The Woman
Achraf Hakimi had reportedly met the woman on Instagram on January 16 and the two kicked off from there.
On, Saturday, February 25, the woman went to visit Achraf Hakimi in his home in Boulogne. She came in using an Uber the PSG player ordered for her.
According to her, things later got out of her control when Achraf Hakimi kissed her on the mouth, lifted her clothes and kissed her breasts against her will. She also claimed he committed digital penetration on her without her consent.
She then said she freed herself after kicking him off using her foot. After getting released, she then sent an sms to a friend who came over and picked her up.
As a consequence of the allegation of sexual assault, Achraf Hakimi was not allowed to play in the OM-PSG match on Sunday evening in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône).
