The internet has dug up an old video of a teacher punching and beating up his student in the classroom, a 14-year-old boy, after he racially insulted him.
According to reports, the fight which happened in Maywood Academy High School, Los Angeles, California, started after the music teacher, named Marston Riley, asked the student to leave the classroom because he was not wearing the proper uniform.
The defiant boy stood up and square against the teacher in front of the classroom and was talking down on him, calling him a “bi*ch” and ni*ga*.
At a point, Riley snapped and started raining blows at the unnamed boy, and soon, the two were entangled in the fight.

Some of the school’s officials were drawn to the classroom by the scuffle and helped to separate the fight, but not before another boy was quick to deliver some punch on the teacher’s back.
The boy was taken to the hospital for minor injuries while 64 year old Marston Riley was arrested and charged with child abuse. He was subsequently released on bond and the case was also dismissed.
However, he was forcefully retired and made to complete a 10 weeks anger management course.
