The star from Freaky Friday announced her engagement to the investor on social media on Saturday, which was also her 36th birthday.
According to Lindsay Lohan’s spokespeople, the couple had been dating for three years until she announced in November on Instagram that she was engaged to Shammas.
She is set to appear in two Netflix original movies. First up is Falling for Christmas, directed by Janeen Damian, in which Lohan co-stars with Chord Overstreet as a privileged hotel heiress who suffers from amnesia following a skiing accident and forgets her prior life.
