A viral video captures the hilarious moment a street beggar who pretends to be handicapped was caught keeping his hand beneath his shirt.
According to the video, the beggar was nabbed after some resident gathered him and a man unbuttoned his shirt to discover that he hid his hand inside his pants with a belt on to keep it firm.
