Reports have it that a young man was nabbed while he was trying to use his biological mother identified as Eziada Chika Mbachu for ritual purposes in Owerri.
Mrs. Eziada Chika Mbachu who was pictured to be a devoted Catholic Christian survived several stabs from her son before she was rescued by the resident in the vicinity after she yelled for help.
A resident who witnessed the situation stated that the victim screamed for help and people rushed into her apartment to rescue her but on getting to the scene she was covered with blood and wounds all over her body.
The resident also added that Eziada has been rushed to a hospital where she is receiving treatment while the son has been arrested by the police.
