The labour shadow minister, Jack Dromey, has died at the age of 73 years old.
His death was announced by his son, Joe, on Twitter; “Our dad – Jack – died suddenly today. We loved him so, so much. Rest in peace, big man.”
Tributes have continued to pour for the member of the parliament, with the UK prime minister – Borris Johnson saying; “My thoughts are with Harriet and the family, and all those who knew him as a friend. May he rest in peace.”
According to the family, Jack Dromey (John Eugene Joseph Dromey) died of natural causes, in his home in Birmingham.
