Here is a video that shows students of Madrasa Islamic School, brutally flogged by their teachers/administrators.
It was gathered that the students were punished because they went to a birthday party and one of them took Trophy beer while others took Amstel Malt.
The students reportedly said they deserved the beating while their parents also approved of it, even as the Director and Founder of the Muslim Rights Concern, Professor Ishaq Akintola related the incident to Big Brother Naija, stating those opposing the harsh punishments are those willing to allow their children to participate in the Show

“Those who are condemning the parents and the teachers today are those who will gladly encourage their own children and wards to participate in BBNaija’s shameful sex in public.”
However, the Kwara State Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Sa’adatu Modibbo Kawu, in a statement, said it seriously frowns at it.
“Consequently, the government has directed the setting up of an investigative committee, comprising Muslim scholars, leaders and government officials, to look into the issue while the head of the Arabic school, who admitted to directing the punishment, has been asked to step aside pending the conclusion of the investigation.“
The Government in the statement said it has taken the affected students to the hospital for medical examination and treatment.
