A mentally challenged man and another insane woman were seen kissing in public along the roadside in Lagos state.
The allegedly mad man and woman kissed to the amazement of bystanders, ignoring their cheers and paparazzi.
From the video, it was unclear if they were actually mentally challenged or just destitutes.
