Leader of the movement for Yoruba Nation, Sunday Igboho, has been arrested in Cotonou, Republic of Benin.

Sunday Igboho was captured in Cotonou, Benin Republic, as he sought to make his way to Germany.

However, in another twist, the Government of the Benin Republic was alerted to the incident and refused Sunday Igboho to be repatriated to Nigeria, as was the case of Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya.
