A female Amazon dispatcher could not hold back her anger at a customer who would not stop ordering heavy items instead of going to a nearby local store, buying and picking them up themselves in their vehicles.
The video, captured by the doorcam, starts with the dispatcher roughly throwing off boxes of items from her trolley at the home front. She then came back to pour out her emotions, ensuring that the camera captured her rants.
“Being waiting on the day to tell you how much I hate this fu**ing house”, she starts off, highlighting the water and other items being ordered from Amazon to the home.
“You are the fu**ing laziest…house in this whole go**am neighborhood”, she said to the customer who was identified as Doha Shehab. She lamented how inconsiderate they were and that she hated them because they were too lazy to do the simple task of going to Walmart or the like, putting the items on their trucks, and saving her the stress of having to bring them herself.
She complained about breaking her back, neck, nails, and everything to bring in their heavy orders, and that they were ungrateful.
Other clips in the video showed the same dispatcher nonchalantly tossing off items at the same home. Watch below:
The video which was uploaded with the caption “Does your Amazon delivery driver hate you this much?”, has gone viral and has been shared across many social media channels.
The identity of the Amazon dispatcher is yet to be gotten but social media suggests she must have gotten another job to be able to brazenly make the public video.
She was however criticized for failing to do her work diligently. “She won’t have the job if those people stop ordering”, many concluded. Others suggest that the person making those orders might be an elderly person or might even be too busy to go buy things themselves.
