It was truly an amazing and magical Sunday night for the Washington Commanders as the team defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-20 with a last-second field goal in a playoff wild-card match.

The ball went through despite bouncing off the upright, which earned the Washington Commanders their only playoff victory since they last won it in 2006.

The Washington Commanders have had an amazing season with 13-5. They have also won 6 matches in a row; most of these victories were on the very last play. Jayden Daniels, a rookie quarterback, shines in the game, throwing for 268 yards and two touchdowns.

Daniels remained calm and assisted his side to drive down the field in the last minute, which ended up setting up the winning kick.

It has been 1991 since the Washington Commanders won 11 games in the regular season, but the team is moving to battle the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

Among those who celebrated Washington’s win were the new owners, including Magic Johnson and Josh Harris, who were seen celebrating with big hugs. The team is now proving to fans that they can be trusted.
