Gomez, who is a singer and an actress, put the picture of her beautiful engagement right on Instagram with the caption “forever begins now,” which confirms her entanglement with the songwriter that was made known in 2023.

The post did not stay long on her Instagram page before fellow celebrities joined her in celebrating the good news, with Taylor Swift saying, “Yes, I will be the flower girl,” and rapper Cardi B, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, and singer Lil Nas X also going into her comment section to send their wishes.

The post was made on her Instagram story with 423 million followers. The singer also threw out a video on her page revealing the ring to her fans on a phone call, excitedly saying, “Yes to this.”

The lovebirds have worked together on songs that include I Can’t Get Enough (2019) and Single Soon, released in 2023; they have also admired each other in the open. The soon-to-be groom hailed Selena Gomez as “the sweetest, most charming, most humble person” in an interview that he did on The Drew Barrymore Show.

Selena Gomez, who was born in Texas, was a recent member of the billionaire ranks, courtesy of her Rare Beauty brand, and also secured two Golden Globe nominations this year.
