Bernardo Silva, Manchester City’s forward, chastised Arsenal’s approach to the 2-2 Premier League draw that they played against each other on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium, accusing Arsenal of using “dark arts” to disrupt the game.

Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal boss, however, hailed his team’s residence, naming it “a miracle.” They nearly reached the victory, especially as the team was reduced to 10 men after a red card for the entire second half.

Manchester City’s John Stones’ dramatic equalizer in the 98th minute denied the Gunners from stealing away three points that could have catapulted them to the top of the Premier League ladder.

The red card that was shown to Leandro Trossard reduced Arsenal’s squad to 10 men and made the team to be on the defending side all through the second half as they only had 12.5% possession in the second half.

Despite mounting pressure from Manchester City, including 28 shots on goal, Arsenal held on until the final moments.

Arteta’ was visibly angry because of Trossard’s dismissal, which followed a second yellow card for commenting on time-wasting accusations or comparing the drama to how Manchester City’s Jeremy Doku, who was not sanctioned for almost the same action in the game
