Tensions pick up in the Oval Office in the United States on Friday as chefs in the White House prepared collard greens and rosemary chicken.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, was confronted by President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance in a tough argument capable of straining both countries relations.
The Ukraine leader was advised to shift attention on avoiding further conflict with Russia and focus on a minerals deal, but the meeting ended in deadlock as all parties engaged in a shouting session.

Trump spent more than 40 minutes engaging in conversations that bordered around the minerals deal, but it did not take much after then that the conversation soon became hostile. Arguments ensued through the West Wing that sent shocks to the aides around the corner.
The Ukrainian president was caught in a situation that could cost bad consequences on U.S.-Ukraine diplomacy despite efforts to ensure a smooth conversation.
