Video: Moment Oakland Store Worker Sends Pack Of Teens Attacking Him Scampering Away By Brandishing A Gun

A Golden Hours Liquor store staff in Oakland, California saved his life and probably a visit to the hospital after he brought out his gun, making a mob of young boys who were attacking suddenly start fleeing.

A video of the incident showed the group of young cyclists circling around the liquor store employee as their altercation unfolded. At one point, the man was surprised by a sucker punch from one of the boys.

While he kept his cool and shrugged it off with a smile, the Gospel passage was fulfilled when another attacker punched him from the other side of his head, and another swang at him.

The situation quickly degenerated into chaos with the pack beating down on him. That was when the yet-to-be-identifed man saved himself from a possible lynching by bringing out his gun. The presence of the weapon sent the cyclist running away in all directions.

The employee was hailed by many to have acted very maturely. He did not seem to have fired a shot but merely pointed the gun at the mob of attackers to fend them off, thereby, dousing a potential tension from escalating further in the city which surprisingly ranks amongst the dirtiest in the United States.

The matter is currently under investigation by the Oakland police department.
