Video: Rapper Fatman Scoop Collapses Onstage During A Life Performance, Receives CPR & Dies

Popular rapper and hip-hop hypeman, Fatman Scoop, appeared to have experienced a medical emergency when he was performing on Friday at Town Center Park in Hamden, CT. He was seen on video moving backstage before collapsing and having CPR administered to him. Unfortunately he died.

Fans at the venue claimed that the rapper suddenly fell and passed out, causing those around to immediately rush to him to administer CPR for his resuscitation.

Footage gathered at the venue shows medical efforts helping him with chest compressions at the back of the DJ booth, with those who attended the program identifying the victim as Fatman Scoop.

Music was immediately halted, and disarray was noticed around the crowd as whispers spread that CPR had been administered on Fatman Scoop.

The man who recorded the video says that he saw the rapper falling down, and he was finally moved away from the stage on a stretcher.

The rapper has done a lot of good jobs and has collaborated with a lot of big names in the hip-hop world over the years, including Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, and Jermaine Dupri, among others.
