The Falcons have added a pair of depth players to the line of scrimmage before their matchup with the Detroit Lions on Sunday. On Saturday afternoon, Atlanta promoted offensive tackle Tyler Vrabel and defensive lineman Timmy Horne off the practice squad.
Both of these players have just been promoted to the practice squad.
In 2022, Horne was a crucial component of the Falcons’ depth chart. Horne actually made five starts to conclude the year when Ta’Quon Graham’s knee injury forced it to be over for the year.
Last season, he played in 17 games and recorded 27 tackles (including three for losses) and one quarterback hit.
The Falcons will announce the list of inactive players 90 minutes before the start of Sunday’s game.
