Friends of Jamie Foxx have requested his fans to put him in their prayers and well wishes after a medical emergency had him hospitalized to date.
Jamie Foxx’s daughter, Corinne, announced on April 12, that herfather suffereda “medical complication.”
Then, it was said that his condition was serious enough that Jamie’s family — some of whom were not in town — came to the hospital, and doctors were yet to know what happened to him.
It was later updated that he “is doing a lot better,” “communicating now, and that’s good news.”
However, though his exact condition or sickness was not revealed, Jamie Foxx have being in the hospital for about three weeks and friends are asking their fans for prayers.
Charles Alston, also known as “Charlie Mack” or “Mr. Philadelphia,” in his May 1 post on Instagram, asked for prayers and well wishes for the actor.
“We need you back Bro. As I always state a true champion isn’t the one that wins, it’s the one that meets & overcomes adversity!! You’re test becomes your testimony!!”, he said.
“We all can’t wait to receive you back home to celebrate, laugh with and applaud you!!”, he added.
Kerry Washington, who has acted as Jamie Foxx’s wife in two movies, sent her wishes to him after news of his hospitalization went public. “Sending you all the love and prayers my movie huzbin,” she wrote alongside a throwback photo of the pair.
