Kanye, now known as Ye, was suspended from Twitter after he posted a photo of Swastika merged with an image of the star of David.
The tweet was shared shortly after Kanye had an interview with Alex Jones, a theologist, where he expressed his likeness for the Nazis and Adolf Hitler.
Though the picture of the Swastika inside the star of David was captioned “Love everyone #lovespeech.” The rapper’s account was suspended by Elon Musk’s Twitter, for inciting violence.
However, a Twitter user pointed out that the picture of Swastika merged with a star of David image, which Kanye was arrested for, could not have been to incite violence, because the symbol itself was known as Raëlism.
Raëlism which is also called Raëlianism or Raelian Movement according to Wikipedia is a UFO religion that is now classified as a cult or kind of new religious movement. It was founded in 1970s France by Claude Vorilhon, now known as Raël.
Kanye was also criticized on social media for the support he gave to Hitler. One John Anthony Castro wished Ye was born in 1935 in Berlin, so he could receive first-hand, all the love Hitler had to give.
However, others pointed out that Ye’s Twitter account was only suspended because he made fun of Elon Musk, not due to the photo he had put up.
They pointed out that it was not the first time a top figure will mock Elon Musk and immediately get suspended from Twitter.
Another pointed out that Kanye West’s account was suspended after he spoke against Twitter promoting pornography, which has its social vice.
