If you were a kid in the 90s, then this might be bad news for you as Jason David Frank, the man that acted as the white Ranger (Tommy Oliver) in the popular Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV series is dead.
The White Ranger died over the weekend in Texas, according to his rep.
In the Power Rangers series, Jason David Frank was initially the bad guy in a green suit and an enemy of the Power Rangers, before he turned good and changed to wearing the white apparel.
The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers have spanned for decades and have birthed similar movies and cartoons. Jason David Frank also played different roles as the TV series changed. Up to his death, he was 49 years old.
The Power Rangers had previously lost one of their actors to death. In 2001, Thuy Trang died from injuries sustained in a car crash.
Jason David Frank who was also a mixed martial artist was born on 4 September 1973, in Covina, California, United States, and had 4 children.
