Cristina Kirchner, vice president of Argentina, was accosted late on Thursday by a person armed with a loaded gun that fortunately did not fire. The publication reported that when police searched the property, they discovered 100 bullets.

Police said that Cristina Kirchner was attacked on Thursday night around 9 p.m. local time (0 o’clock GMT). According to police, five people chased the suspect after accusing him of trying to assassinate the vice president.
The culprit was promptly apprehended by federal police, who identified him as Montiel.
