The Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai, speaks again on why he changed the number of working days in his state from the usual five days to four days; from Monday to Thursday, weekends to start on Friday.
According to him, it aids productivity, as people are already tired by Thursday, hence should go for rest.
It also encourages people to spend more money, which is good for the economy.
He then wondered how people in Lagos cope, as many of them wake up by 4. am and retire to bed late at night, adding that they should all go straight to heaven because they have already witnessed hell on earth.
