Two little girls recorded smoking shisha has drawn criticism amongst social media users.
The act which was set up and presumably recorded by an older person prompted many into deeper lamentations.
This is coming after four schoolgirls were caught with a human head in a school bag, amidst increased cases of crime and ritual killings amongst the youths.
