Bob Saget’s wife and kids have filed to keep photos and video recordings from the late comedian’s death investigation, away from public eyes.
A judge in Florida has ruled that records related to the investigation of the comedian’s death will be in the custody of Bob’s family for the time being.
Bob’s wife Kelly Rizzo, and their three daughters, filed the suit on Tuesday against Orange County Sheriff John Mina and District Nine Medical Examiner’s office, the agencies handling his investigation.
The comedian was found dead on January 9, 2022, in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grand lakes.

“No legitimate public interest would be served by the release or dissemination of the Records to the public,” Bob Saget’s family says.
