Kelly Ernby has died of Covid-19 complications. Before her death, she was the Orange County Deputy District Attorney and a former political aspirant who contested for the State Assembly under the Republicans.
Questions have sparked up concerning her Covid-19 vaccination status, given the fact the she spoke against mandating people to get vaccinated, an act she says goes against total freedom.
“It’s not about being anti-vaccine, it’s about being the choice to choose, and not all vaccines are the same,” Kelly Ernby said during a meeting with Mark Newgent.
When asked if his late deputy – Kelly Ernby , was vaccinated and if it would affect how people would remember her, Todd Spitzer, the Orange County District Attorney said;
“You know, the comments on social media … people have been texting me just utterly disgusted about some of the comments about her life decisions … almost as if she deserved her fate because she took a particular position.”
“People make decisions, and obviously, with health, people have to suffer those consequences. But that should not be her legacy at all.”
