Vishal Garg, CEO of Better.com, an online Mortgage lender, has fired 900 of his employees, representing about 15% of his workforce, in an online zoom meeting.
The CEO informed everybody that was present in the virtual meeting that their services were no longer needed in the company.
He added that the workers were been laid off because of market deficiency and performance reasons.
