The Ogun State police departments have raised an alarm over a plot by recalcitrant cult groups that are plotting to ruin properties in the state.
The Spokesman of State Police Command in the state, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said in a statement issued on Monday morning that the warning followed witty reports that the fearsome cultists were “planning to have a gyration of what they called ‘7/7’ on Wednesday, being the 7th of July, 2021.”
He also affirmed that the report “also showed that the occasion may lead to a bloodbath and inhumane destruction of properties” in the state.
In order to stop a breach of law and order, the spokesman of the state police forewarned those that he described as harboring such vicious and evil intentions to have a rethink and retrace their steps, and that noting such a move will be met with strong resistance from security agencies.
