Justice Nnaji, a former Judge of Enugu High Court was shot and killed by some unknown gun-men after dragging him off his black Mercedes Benz Jeep.
The video was captured by an onlooker with his phone’s camera. The sad incidence happened at an apparant traffic light stop at Garden Avenue, Enugu.
The police have commenced a manhunt for the assailants.
It is unclear if the reason for the killing of the former Judge in Enugu State was politically motivated or not, as he was said to have partaken in the removal of an ex-Governor of Anambra state, which led to his subsequent dismissal as Judge.
