Rapper Lil Wayne real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr was caught in possession of a gold-plated pistol in his luggage after he landed on a private plane in California. The search also revealed various quantities of marijuana, heroin, bullets, and substances yet to be tested but highly suspected to be cocaine.
It is not the first time Lil Wayne has been found and convicted for the illegal possession of a firearm. As a convicted felon, authorities hold that he should be clear of any possession of firearms. However, his lawyer claims that there was no trace of usage whatsoever, so he is clear of any charge.
The Rapper claimed that the gun was a Father’s day gift. At present, he is not in police custody.
